WARRANTY
Since we are online shop, within the warranty period we cover the shipping cost you incurred and provide the support on defects movements or striking mechanisms of your watch. The warranty does not cover: battery, glass, case, strap or damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear. The warranty period starts from the date of invoice.
Refund policy
We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
The items must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.
When we receive the item, we confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure eligibility for refund. We process refunds at the same day we received the item and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
You can send unopened and unworn items in the original packaging within 14 days by sending the item to :
